This airport is making customers zig-zag through a massive customs line-up for nothing. They could easily move the custom card inspector to the beginning of the line, instead of right up near the custom officer desks and check through many travelers. Purposely making you wait an extra 40 minutes to 1 hour after a full day of travelling. Horrible..... starting to hate travelling, that's what they probably want to happen.

This should be a paid position or there should be an incentive pay for the volunteers. This video is 6 years old. How are you going to support the volunteers in today’s economy? I came to this video from a current link (Feb 1, 2024) from a charity village ad for this volunteer job position. Pearson, you can do better.

How does one of the biggest airport in Canada lack clear guideline when it comes to parking? You must do better. None of the structures you have in place is beneficial to people. -Allow people to park and get out of their cars to meet their friends and families - Make people register for free parking for 1-3 hours, and designate easily accessible areas for those. - Add visuals and videos to your guidelines, or at least pictures. This is an international airports and some people are visual learners. I need to pick up a friend for the first time at the airport. I have been on your website and read all that I can read, still haven't found about parking. You must do better with your communication

These people categorized incoming visitors and treated them differently. The machine helped to subside the racial discrimination protests on scandalous border controllers who were very rough to color peoples and keep eye closed at white people! If color immigrants did not want to be harassed, hired the porters to move your luggage, guaranteed trouble-free! Wake up Canada, there are problems at the border control deparmentment and its subcontractors... these are shames!

I was in terminal 1 this year (2022) and I was able to enter the initial atrium before security. The restriction must've been lifted

This woman has totally mismanaged the basic services that travelers require. In the real world, when you don't do your job, you get fired. The board needs to replace this incompetent woman. Excuses don't fly. The buck stops at your desk.

its super slow procudere , USA and Canada are not high class countries.. They need get help some process.. when you are passeger arrived to Canada, border officer ask 100 questions, there are no reason... its lotto syteam.. they try you angry after you can get lots of trouble
